Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This policy describes what AirPlot collects, why, and your choices.

1. What We Collect

2. How We Use It

To provide the Service (generating and syncing your missions), enforce plan limits, process subscriptions, provide support, and improve features. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your mission data for advertising.

3. Where It Lives

Data is stored on Google Firebase (Google Cloud) infrastructure in the United States. Payments are processed by Stripe. These providers process data under their own security and privacy certifications.

4. Your Location Data

Boundary points you capture are precise GPS coordinates. They are stored in your account, visible only to you, and used solely to generate your missions. Delete a project and its coordinates are deleted with it.

5. Your Rights

You may access, export, or delete your data. Deleting your account removes your projects and personal data from active systems within 30 days. Contact Instagram support@airplotdronemissions.com for data requests. EU/UK users have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, and erasure; California residents have rights under the CCPA.

6. Advertising, Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. When you arrive from one of our ads, Google may set cookies to record that your visit led to a signup. This tells us which ads work; it is not used to build advertising profiles of you within AirPlot. You can opt out of personalized Google advertising at adssettings.google.com. Aside from this, the app itself uses only the cookies and local storage necessary for sign-in and function, with no third-party advertising trackers.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes & Contact

Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Questions: support@airplotdronemissions.com.
